      Project Director Renovation of 200 coaches, a 60 mUSD contract with Company Anonima de Metro de Caracas (CAMC). Dealing with 180 local workers – 220 in total ; 4 local production sites (Las Adjuntas, Propatria, Boleita, El Valle) ; 4 Alstom`s Units (Venezuela, France, Brazil, Chile), and Bombardier as subcontractor on bogies activities.Main outcomes : ·Project based on Security and Quality : 70% of the workers have never worked on an industrial scheme before·Set up a complete organization from scratches, aligned with the new standards Impact and Design For Quality.·Organization of several workshops, including electronics, bogies, air conditioning, rotating machines, power supply, compressors, coupling and stores.·Clarify roles and missions through the Project Management Plan·Integrate new comers though Induction meetings – Key elements for integration and success.·Development of a production monitoring tool (SAFC), local tool to ensure traceability of the overhauled components ·Develop tool (Ahora) to collect hours, discriminating production hours from CONQ S1 and S2 and control of extra time and holidays.·Monthly review with Workshops managers ; implementation of Project Book·Special course given to all the project members to understand ISO9001 and Internal audits to focus on Quality·Branding of the project with a specific logo and 2 promotional videos of the Project Show less

      Project Manager Deputy on a 118 train sets Modernization, contract with La Regie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATP). Due to difficulties of a main supplier, the mission is to set up a specific task force to double source and/or to manufacture fittings components. Dealing with a task force of 8 people, 2 local production sites, 9 external directs manufacturers and 80 suppliers.Main outcomes : ·Set up a complete dedicated team to cope with all the technical, sourcing, supply chain and production aspects·Rebuilt all the bill of materials based on drawings·Validate the products through First Article Inspection to insure the Quality of the products and processes.·Monitoring of all the second sources components to insure a constant production ·Maintain the deliveries to the customer and get back to the initial planning to reduce potential penalties·Monitoring of the QCD elements Show less
