  In early 2019 I joined the pilot project of a men's group called Men's Health Lounge as an attendee and, over the course of the project, became increasingly involved; producing a reference guide to agencies we could signpost or refer to, leading a session on written reflection about looking back at attendees experience of the project.

  Personal Trainer

  At the start of the pandemic I decided to turn my passion for working out and keeping fit into a career. I enrolled onto a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training with Lifetime Learning, qualifying at the beginning of 2022. Since then I started Tristan Clarke Fitness, my PT business, while simultaneously working towards and achieving both the Level 3 Diploma and Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy with White Rose Beauty Colleges in Sheffield in order to add another aspect to the work I do at TCF. Since the start of this year I have started working towards a Level 4 Strength & Condition course with S&C Education and I am enrolled on their Elite Coach Mentorship programme. I am currently working on an online programme which I'llbe looking to rollout in the near future. Show less
