The projects involved collaborations between innovative companies and healthcare professionals, with the goal of developing better medical technology (MedTech) solutions for healthcare.Was project manager for major projects such as Nordic Test Bed (collaboration between five Nordic university hospitals) 2016–2018 and Test Bed Primary Care 2016–2019. In the projects, I planned and led evaluations, trainings and workshops.   In parallel with working as a consultant manager for Happi Hacking AB I also worked as a consultant.Assignments:Market research, Uppsala University Innovation (January – February 2023) On behalf of Uppsala University Innovation (UUI) I conducted a market research regarding solutions for radiology, based on AI. Through interviews with several radiologists and head of departments within Swedish healthcare, I obtained information about the current situation in the diagnostic areas for which the solutions were intended, feedback on the solutions and how purchases are made within the various regions. The results of the interviews were summarized in the form of a report to UUI and the researchers.Project manager, Uppsala Municipality (August 2021 – July 2022) Uppsala Municipality’s IT department works with digitalization projects within several public administrations. One of these was the Culture administration and its different subdivisions. I worked closely with personnel from all parts of the administration to collect requirements, manage and administrate test of solutions, management of procurement and implementation of new systems. The assignment was very diversified and covered a wide range of systems. Test manager, Vasakronan AB (March 2020 – July 2021) Vasakronan AB, a major Swedish property company, was the client of Tmpl Solutions AB's system (apps, displays, etc., please see below). I managed and supported Vasakronan in their testing of Tmpl Solutions AB's deliveries, with a firm focus on quality and end user requirements.Test manager, Tmpl Solutions AB (November 2019 – February 2020)Tmpl Solutions AB develops systems (apps, displays, etc.) for private and commercial property owners and tenant-owner associations for facilitating communication between hosts and residents, the use of shared resources etcetera.
