  • Looking after the Product development on Alfa and its integration with the FUNDAMO wallet platform, Transaction Middleware (IRIS /Pheonix), T24 Core Banking system, VISA/MasterCard acquiring and issuing, MPGS and other third parties and entities.• Single-handily developed Digital Onboarding Framework on the ALFA app, which facilitates customers to open their accounts without visiting the branch, filling & providing manual documents. The whole process takes around ten minutes and provides customers with their new IBAN. • Involved in the development of a process which provides Instant Credit Cards to existing bank customers, without their need to visit a branch or request through the call center. The application decides based on the customer’s credit score the limit of the card and which type of card needs to be offered to fulfil the customer and needs and ensure bank risk management. • Extending the Digital Onboarding Framework, took the initiative to enhance customer needs by adding in-app Digital Biometric without needing to visit the branch. • Currently working on a project providing a BNPL facility on Bank Alfalah’s in-house developed Payment Gateway, where customers shopping online on different merchants can avail Buy Now Pay Later facility which would increase both merchants’ sales and allow customers to spend more. • Done optimization which made the ALFA app more robust and decreased the response time of some traditional slow services.
