  Led a team on the development of a neighbourhood incubator and community centre in Custom house, Newham using meanwhile space to build community infrastructure, support community leadership, incubate social enterprise and develop capacity building and new skills programmes. Identifying and working with local partners such as PEACH, Rosetta Arts, Resolve Collective, Caramel Rock, GentleUs Studio, LBN, and others to deliver community led programming and governance. Over a 13 month period: 40+ projects launched and/or supported during the pandemic through 1-1 incubation and additional support, 3 capacity building programmes rolled out (with 30+ participants), and delivery of several social and project minded community building events such as open project nights, community BBQ's and poetry nights, member get togethers, and space codesign workshops. . Working with key members of the VCS sector including Amy's Space, Newham Wellness, Hope 4 Newham, Scrubhub and Mask Squad Newham, oversaw the development of a Crisis and COVID-19 response coalition to address immediate needs including homelessness, food insecurity, social isolation, PPE production, domestic violence, and employment qualifications and educational opportunities that reached over 6000 Newham residents and key workers. We are piloting new models to remove barriers to sport and health including subsidising therapy. 3. Our Young Entrepreneurs Alliance previously supported by Lendlease and Peabody, consisting of a 12 week business accelerator programme run in East and South London for young business owners, with a pitch day, a chance to win up to 10K, and 3 months of action learning. 4. Our fundraising masterclasses for social entrepreneurs tackling some of London's most imminent issues, working on their bid and grant writing skillsets whilst advocating for collaboration and improved networks. 5. The Democracy Fund, supporting the engagement and funding of black led organisations looking to run voter registration campaigns. This is part of the wider mission of registering 1 million new voters before the next general election. 6. The freelance exchange with the Good Growth Hub to support young creative freelancers through masterclasses, design sprints, mentorship, and networking events.7.
