Discussion of promo details on a monthly basis with KAs’ marketing department;Estimation of SKU efficiency and sell-out data analysis, regular minimum assortment update based on SKU sales performance. Listing goals setting per KA in accordance with company focuses, sales data, DP rate and customer specifics; Merchandising:Development of company merchandising principles and planogramming principles basing on international experience, market analysis, shopper and consumer insights (Planogramming principles imply segments and main brands placement.).
