  • Worked as an intern in the HR Department by gaining the practical knowledge of the overall HR functions performed in detail which was helpful in honing my “people management skills” as well as my “communication skills” through continuous interaction with employees who were proficient and experienced in their field. Their behavior reflects the professionalism and moral ethics which I have also acquired from them.• Besides gaining practical knowledge and being exposed to multiple activities, I was also able to relate and compare the learning from classroom with the practical experiences by working with this healthcare firm.• To be able to work with diverse workforce having different ideologies and backgrounds even though it is for short duration taught me the importance of “Diversity & Inclusion” in the organization to achieve organizational objectives by maintaining respectful relationship between each other.• This internship was an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and to be aware of the requirements of the industry so that I could accordingly update myself and apply the learning and experiences for the future job role.
