She believes that teachers & guardians, working in concert, must provide the fundamental tools and support for students to move forward in society with confidence. Doreen embraces the belief that she is entrusted with the shared responsibility of education of students and that as a teacher she must facilitate innovative learning and engaging experiences that allow all students to achieve and be prepared for college and career readiness in the 21st Century.Doreen is enthusiastic to learn new methods of teaching to bring back to the classroom and to share with other faculty. She seeks every opportunity for professional development.
