      AT&T Park, Home of the San Francisco Giants, is a wonderful fun place for every one of all ages to join in some baseball fun (or occasional special events) and enjoy time with close friends and family. I did a vast amount of different positions here—Guest Service desk/Concierge, Section Viewer/director, Ticket taker, Greeter, and Elevator Operator; I was always in constant interaction with hundreds of Guests per event; I am great at understanding customer needs and went out of the way to make sure every need was met and that everyone left happy. I also received an award while working there called the VIE (Very Important Employee) Award. Show less

Some of their training sessions I have had include, but are not limited to: Assisting with proper lifting and transporting, Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease, Handling finances, Safety in the home, Nutrition, Elder abuse prevention, Communication skills, etc. I directly worked with elderly clients in their homes, assisting with any activities or tasks that they may no longer be able to handle on their own. I helped the elderly with activities of daily living, which included buying groceries, house hold chores, banking, mailing letters, etc. I helped with transportation needs as a driver.
