  Expand Wellbeing was formed out of a belief that there are certain conversations all young Australians need to have to ensure they gain the information and the confidence to make the right choices about their health and wellbeing.​Through our courses we place a strong emphasis on empowering students with knowledge about sexual health and social media regulation. We encourage the development of strong relationships and a strong sense of self.​Our courses focus on developing skills in managing social media use, sexual health, as well as physical wellbeing.​Expand wellness is not your typical student lecture.
