      I learnt how to create, modify and maintain databases using MySQL DBMS. Writing lots of Select, Insert, Update and Alter queries. Also, I learnt about R programming language, using the readr, dplyr and ggplot2 packages to read and write files, data manipulation and data visualization respectively. Taking both courses made me to understand that the more finely tuned and normalized the database is, the easier it will be for the analyst to draw insights from it.
