Managed a top-performing mentor-mentee program for 5 Institution Innovation Councils, engaging 10 faculty members in orientation, supervision, collaborative events, exposure visits, and training programs. Implemented The National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) in the Higher Education Institute, promoting innovation, technology commercialization, and startups through a five-stage process, involving nominations, orientations, and evaluations. This experience enhanced my ability to work within a structured framework to achieve specific goals in addition to project management, stakeholder engagement, and process coordination. Collaborating with various departments and over 100 students on various student projects, ensuring their progress is monitored and documented. This experience improved my ability to manage diverse tasks, facilitate collaboration, and support students in achieving their goals.
