  Presently working with Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants as a Project HSE Coordinator and my job description includes the following:• Review HSE Plans and other Concerned Submittals.• Provide HSSE training and awareness programs to promote a safety-conscious culture among employees and contractors.• Attend in all HSE related meetings and conduct Walkthroughs with Client and Contractors.• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement appropriate preventive measures.• Organize, monitor, and coordinate Safety Awareness Program, Loss Prevention Program at site.• Check work plan and work permit• Portable equipment inspection and machine safe guarding.• Implement Health and Safety regulations and requirements.• Lead incident and accident investigations, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.• To educate the Supervisors and workers to follow safe working practices.• Attend and participate in all accident / incident investigations.• Attend weekly safety tool box meeting.• Prepares weekly safety reports and keep records.• Responsible to issue the NCR and Work stop request for unsafe activities at Site where Contractor is not meeting the HSE requirements as per OSHA Standards.• Playing Advisory role for Contractor HSE Team in order to provide Safe and Healthy Working Environment at Site.
