  As MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) Officer at NRC (Norwegian Refugee Council), I play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies, and to make sure effective learning and improvement in programs aimed at aiding refugees and displaced populations. My role involves data analysis, reporting, and continuous adaptation to enhance the impact and efficiency of humanitarian efforts. My role as Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant was to contribute with specific technical competences to project implementation. The main role and responsibilities for me as M &E Assistant was the data collections for all NRC CCs, conduct field visit, preparing monitoring reports, data collection for outcome monitoring survey, PDMs, conduct verification and sport check, develop and design M&E matrices and support the program departments on the M&E aspect.
