      Led a high-profile technical training and leadership program for GE Consumer & Industrial's corporate headquarters. Led a three-person team that managed both the internship and leadership programs in nine countries, 17 sites and managed a $5MM budget. Annually, recruited, interviewed, hired and on-boarded 300 interns and between 80- 180 leadership program members, globally. Top-performing interns were then selected for our two-year leadership program, or recruited directly from our Top Tier 1 Universities• Led 80-180+ employees and managers through the performance assessment and career planning: Developed and implemented action plans to close skill gaps. Program participants were promoted twice as fast and filed three times the patents as people not in the program. • Working with managers, anticipated future skills needed in industry, created and drove strategy for global learning and development of early talent technologists.• Developed the strategy and implemented the tactical plan for the expansion of the internship pipeline program, the leadership program feeder program, which tripled over two years. Recruited and hired students from Tier I Universities to participate in our three-month or six-month internships. Top-performing interns were then selected for an extensive, two-year leadership training program. Conducted manpower planning, performance assessment and compensation plan while trainees were on and off program. Doubled size of program membership while increasing geographical footprint. • Developed training plans and ran internal instructor-led-courses on business acumen, presentation skills, change management, team building, personal branding, crucial conversations and various technical topics. Achieved a significant cost savings by making these changes.• Designed and implemented an instructional design certification program. • Initiated a hands-on tear down school of a competitor's CT scanners that resulted in significant product cost out opportunities. • Hands-on experience with educating adult learners: Developed education strategy and managed team of subject matter experts who delivered digital content for e-University; Surveyed students and managers to determine effectiveness of content.
