  Trans Adriatic Pipeline Project (TAP). Project Director for delivery of 48” gas pipeline and Compressor stations across Northern Greece, Albania, Adriatic with landfall in Southern Italy.Key achievements:- Successfully completed on schedule meeting commercial operation date for gas transmission into Europe - On budget (Euro 4.5bn) - Drove HSE performance achieving best in class results (52m manhours and 140 million driven Km) - Managed technical development and installation execution, resolution of significant technical challenges - Achieved commercial settlement and close out of all strategic contracts within 6 months of Commercial Operation Date Show less Shah Deniz 2 Onshore Facilities. Project General Manager for delivery of onshore gas processing facilities and land fall pipelines of the 2nd phase of Shah Deniz gas reservoir development in the Caspian Key Achievements - Successful delivery of all onshore gas processing and compression facilities on schedule and budget ($2.6bn) - Delivered strong HSE focus and management of multinational/multi cultural contractors resulting in excellent HSE performance throughout the project (30 m manhours) - Drove cost optimisation at all stages of the project and successfully reduced cost and eliminated cost creep for the duration of project execution - Set up a quality build focus and system that achieved excellent quality build resulting in a smooth start-up and ‘stay up’ Show less Peterhead Decarbonised Fuel Power Station and Hydrogen Power Abu Dhabi.Project Director Leading a ground-breaking set of project developments to build industrial scale decarbonised power stations by production of hydrogen from natural gas to fire turbine power generators and sequestrate a carbon dioxide by-product into nearby reservoirs. Two sites were selected and progressed through early concept and front end engineering design was completed for each. Both projects Key commercial criteria was not able to be achieved for these 'early mover' innovative projects to progress into full execution.
