      Roles and Responsibilities: • Follow up on the Handover Dossier comments from Operations and interface with Construction/QC/RA/Operations/Contractors and resolve with Completions Coordinator to allow Turnover to progress RFSU sign off on time. • Liaise with Turnover Lead Engineer on any issues you find from Operations comments or QVD issues that may impact on Dossier progress.• Daily liaison with System Owner and Engineering to ensure the redline drawings process in place and progressing in line with schedule; if there are any deficiencies or concerns found, communicate to the Certification Lead for the correct action to be taken. • Attend weekly QC meetings, if required, to gather all necessary information from the contractors to address any requirement that affects MCPlus DB and highlight the priorities related to MC/RFSU/RFO • Support in the resolution of any issues may arise to allow the MC / RFSU Certificate to be signed off on time. • Ensure all required RLMU are completed as per the IMDB/CMS submission requirements.• Create RFI’s when required and Change Closure • Provide support during RFO and System Acceptance in liaison with Operations, System Completion, Engineering, RA, and Commissioning Contractor as and when required by SC Team. • Participate in post MC, SC and PSSR Walkdown meeting in the joint review consolidation of punch list items and agree on categorization, PL description and support in highlighting deficiencies, omissions, additions, or deviations found during the walkdown, based on the Walkdown and Punch List procedure.
