  Core Responsibilities:- Lead the team of Internal Control Managers for Global GRC at NTT Global Data Centers to protect the organization through a pro-active and agile Internal Control System (ICS) and ensure that the Internal Control System (ICS) complies with internal and external regulations incl. NTT DATA and Group requirements.- Development of a proactive Internal Control System (ICS) for NTT Global Data Centers in alignment with NTT Global Data Centers Integrated Management System (IMS) Guideline.- Maintain the Internal Control System (ICS) in a way to ensure any assurance reports e.g. ISAE/SOC can be issued and manage related external audits under the overall audit program.- Advising all employees and departments on Internal Control System (ICS) matters and create awareness trainings (e.g. e-learnings).
