  Manage and maintain overall certifying authority to all Oceaneering Asset Integrity America’s Region technicians. Accountable for writing company inspection and quality procedures in accordance with codes and standards, such as ASME, ISO, API, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ASTM, AWS, and DNV. Management of internal NDT instructors, review and approve external third party training providers and assist in the development of curriculum as well as instruct courses as needed.
