I was involved from the get go in the creation of the product. For the value proposition, we did an extensive bench in order to identify the strengths and our differential key points. We did 2 workshops along with service designers to came up with the naming, then I was able to create de branding, brand voice, different graphics, etc.We have developed a landing page following the best practices of green IT and sustainable design.Currently we are iterating the product and evolving the value proposition. Show less Project: Welnia PortalClient: Cofares, a pharmaceutical cooperative in Spain.The challenge: Create a portal that brings pharmacies closer to users without them feeling threatened by the creation of an ecommerce that brings more traffic, offering products, services and content in a liquid way.Redesign of the omnichannel experience of the portal, envisioning of the web and the app. Creation of the 360 concept for the new experience.
