The property was sold through a promotional marketing plan to attract buyers and establish a client base through word-of-mouth referrals, local newspaper advertising, and hosting open houses.My broker can thank me because I helped him presented all offers to clients, evaluated his clients’ financial history of whether they are able to buy the property, and prepared necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements, offers, leases, and title reports.   My first real estate transaction was fast because I closed a buyer’s deal within a 10-day escrow period. It occurred in a timely manner because I provided the client property listing information, so they can make informed decisions on purchasing the property. One of my favorite challenges I face on a weekly basis are hosting open houses. I like to show a client the home I am hosting and if the visitors want to buy the house, I will offer my services to them. Since open houses are open to the public, I meet a lot of people and create rapport with them.Although I have yet entered a contract with a seller, I am looking forward to selling a home. Show less
