      This project involved the upgrading and re-alignment of approximately 2.6 km of Urban roadway on Taylor’s Lane and Grange Road, Ballyboden, Dublin 14. Daily duties on site included document control for the RE office, Quality control and management of all correspondance, surveying and setting-out control checks/ monitoring, preparing detailed AutoCAD design drawings, setting-out checks on RC Walls/ Pavement.I was also involved in assessment of measurement for interim payments to the contractor, management of all aspects of site supervision including risk management and safety auditing throughout construction, Traffic Management and regular Liaison meetings with Dublin County Council and local residents Show less

      Managing and Implementation of construction works of 41km of new motorway, 3km of single carriageway, 15km of side roads, 48 structures, 3 grade separated junctions and a motorway to motorway interchange. I was involved in the quality control and management of all site testing materials, and was a member of the design team for the motorway pavement. I supervised the construction of all utility services, drainage, earthworks, road pavement, accommodation works and various associated works. I was responsible for detailed monthly reporting of all site diaries and inspection sheets to managers and board of directors.I carried out various road safety audits and traffic management works. I was also a member of the team in charge in the assessment of contract claims throughout the project. Show less This project involved the construction of maintenance sheds and maintenance facilities for both Celtic Roads Group (CRG) and Louth County Council. I was in charge of all quality control and management of site safety. I was responsible for safety auditing throughout the construction phase and on-going assessment of measurement for interim payments. I was involved in the design for program of works and planning of works on site, setting out of all steel frames and RC walls. I liaised with Louth County Council and Local residents throughout all aspects of the construction stage.I was also involved in ensuring As-built records and safety file was completed and delivered to the client in accordance with the contract specifications.
