      • Conduct welcome and onboarding communications to newly hired employees in the Long Island, New York City, and Boise, Idaho offices.• Prepare, review, and use high attention to detail on onboarding paperwork including I-9, W-4, state tax forms, payroll documents, employee personal and emergency contact information, and any other internal HR documents.• Execute new employee orientation for all new hire employees for the Long Island, NYC and Boise, Idaho offices.• Ensure new hire employees receive appropriate equipment necessary to work remotely including employee badges, laptops, and other IT equipment.• Effectively manage the badging processes and procedures for the corporate office• Develop internal local office employee record filing and maintenance.• Collaborate with HR team members across the U.S.• Coordinate and execute meetings for local office’s non-profit and social committees.• Communicate with local charities and non-profit organizations to coordinate volunteer opportunities and events as well as promote potential sponsorship and donation opportunities.• Develop and create various social events for the local office including but not limited to virtual activities, office luncheons and events, and social outings.• Use a customer centric approach and responsiveness to respond to general employee inquiries and assist in resolving issues• Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment guidelines and regulations• Provide any other additional administrative support Show less
