    Part of Leadership team, heading the Human Resource function with a MNC in the Medical Equipment segment. I have a varied exposure in the HR function with experience of managing very large teams in various geographies, nationally as well as internationally. I am result driven and have a natural ability to work with people to integrate the human resource function within the overall business operating strategy. I have successfully established teams for division start-ups, designed systems and policies for higher effectiveness and efficiency, handled high performance talent acquisition, talent management and organization development. I have a rare combination of graduation in Engineering and post-graduation in Human Resources.
