      I had the pleasure to work with Lisa Pacheco at UMCSN. UMC and a team from Three Square have collaborated on a research project to help aid in the ending of senior hunger in southern NV. Interns will meet with elderly patients no more than 24 hours before discharge to relay instructions about food distribution. Interns will ensure food delivery for a min of 30 days post discharge. Collect data, continue the design of the project, creation of reports of found data. End goal of the project is to eliminate food insecurity and improve health, while decreasing readmission rate.
