  Leader - Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services, India (CMAAS)Leader - ESG Reporting I lead Price Waterhouse’s Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) and ESG Reporting practices in India and have extensive experience of working alongside companies both private and public on a very wide range of transactions, including IPOs / other capital market transactions, acquisitions and disposals, mergers/demergers, group reorganization, ESG and sustainability reporting. Additionally, I am also involved in various GAAP conversion engagements (e.g. IFRS and US GAAP), providing learning solutions and accounting advise to our clients. I previously led Price Waterhouse's Accounting Consulting Services (ACS) team in India and was the firm’s technical partner, involved in various aspects of IFRS reporting. Currently, I lead the Firm’s technical US GAAP and US GAAS function.I continue to advise the firm and its clients across a wide range of topics, dealing with US GAAP and IFRS. Beyond technical accounting; I have extensive experience in the Pharmaceuticals, Technology and Metals industry. Outside of Price Waterhouse, I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a special invitee to the ICAI’s Accounting Standard Board, Ind AS Transition Facilitation Group (ITFG) and the Ind AS (IFRS) Implementation Committee.
