  Directed wellness programming, activities and events for Senior Citizens on the city’s near-east side. 2009 - Implemented a training program for low-income senior citizens to complete several 5K races, ultimately leading up to completing the 500 Festival Mini Marathon. 2011 - Led and educated a group of Arsenal Tech High School students, known as “Team Legacy” as part of the 2012 Super Bowl Legacy project to run the 500 Festival Mini Marathon.
