My primary focus is on ensuring that any challenges encountered by our users are rectified promptly to minimize disruption to their operations.In addition to issue resolution, I lead the Quality Assurance (QA) efforts for updates across all environments. This involves meticulous testing to identify and rectify any potential bugs or errors before they impact our users. My role also encompasses the creation of Grafana dashboards, alerts, and queries tailored to meet the specific reporting requirements of our partners. This ensures that our partners have access to the most relevant and actionable data to support their decision-making processes.One of the key aspects of my role is conducting comprehensive investigations using AWS Cloudwatch and Kibana. This involves analyzing logs and metrics to pinpoint the root cause of issues and provide developers with the information they need for effective resolution.Furthermore, I am actively involved in Tournament Operations, providing support for ongoing tournaments. This includes ensuring that the technical aspects of the tournaments run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.In addition to the above responsibilities, I also play a pivotal role in creating user stories aimed at enhancing user experience.
