      Produced a working drawing package for a development of 220 home and 95 apartments in Shanghai. I Coordinated efforts to finalise drawings and issue drawing sets to deadlines. Liaised with the local architects and clients to ensure the scheme matched their expectations and would appeal to the Chinese market. Attended meetings, including a visit to Shanghai to coordinate with all parties. A new build one off house for the Shanghai project client in Hong Kong was designed to a similar image. I produced façade drawings and construction details and sourced materials for the façade and pool area from local suppliers.I was part of the team that compiled a design development document for the renovation of the existing façade on a 28 year old apartment complex. This involved site visits to survey the existing property, drawings showing the existing and proposed conditions, details for complex areas, material specifications, M&E coordination and landscape proposals.Assisted in the production a feasibility report for the design of a mixed use urban development of a hotel, serviced apartments and public space (including retail, bars and restaurants).
