  As a FYE mentor of the First Year Experience program, my job is guiding the freshmen students (mentees) to adapt to the University life. Exchanging the emails and personal contacts to the mentees in order to keep in touch with them. Listen and answers all the mentees' concern. Giving advices and explain the students road map on their major. Always have to keep in touch with the the mentees and making sure that they are doing okay in school and personal life. Be friendly and be in a role model to the mentees. Announce the FYE events to the mentees through email. Show less
