  My role as a Project Coordinator was to edit and manage publications, manage budgets, organize events and conduct issue focused research. AAAS is the world’s largest general science association and publishes the journal Science. While I was with AAAS, I worked with policy makers and private funders to create an enhanced understanding of arms control, environmental security and other national security issues through support to a series of publications, meetings and public outreach efforts.

  My role as a Senior Analyst was to lead projects, insure quality control of the products, coach junior staff and evolve lines of business. Evidence Based Research, Inc (EBR) is a small innovative applied social sciences firm that primarily supports the defense community. While I was with EBR, I worked with government clients to apply social science research design methodologies and emerging information technology to address a range of environmental, political instability, and command and control issues. My clients included DUSD (I&E), Joint Staff J6, Joint Staff J8, and JFCOM.   My role as a Lead Associate is to identify and develop new business opportunities, lead projects, develop staff and create new service offerings. I helped to build the sustainability service offerings at Booz Allen Hamilton, which is a leading strategy and technology management consulting firm primarily supporting the Federal market. I work with my government customers to apply holistic systems based approaches to align and focus their sustainability efforts with their overall organizational mission. My primary customers have been the Army Environmental Policy Institute, US Army Installation Management Command, Marine Corps Installations East and DUSD (Personnel & Readiness). Leading several diverse teams of sustainability and communications specialists, I have delivered advanced organizational concepts, change management strategies, decision support tools, studies and symposia to support my client’s mission success.
