Responsible for customer complaint, define action plan internally, communicate with customer about detail issues, give suggestion to customer about design changes. 8. Responsible for BOM and drawings check and approval, make sure clear responsibility is defined in APQP team also between customer and us, participate in gate review meeting. 9. Regularly discuss open issues with customers via conference call, follow up engineering and serial development progress. 10.
