  I cover 12 Missouri counties (Crawford, Dent, Douglas, Howell, Laclede, Oregon, Phelps, Pulaski, Shannon, Wright, Ozark, & Texas) where I deal with Employer Outreach (Develop relationships with employers to promote advocacy for service in the Guard and Reserve), Public Affairs (Work with military and civilian media organizations to promote public understanding of the ESGR mission), and Military Outreach (Inform and educate members of the Guard and Reserve regarding their employment rights and responsibilities under USERRA by doing briefings on a regular basis), as well as working with Ombudsman to assist them in settling any employer-employee disputes.
