      Activities and Societies: Drama Society, Life Drawing Classes Covering many different fields in Art and Design, learning what route was right for me. venturing into the fields of, Print, Textiles, Sculpture, Illustration and Graphics. Whilst always being taught the history of artist and art movements. I learnt a lot whilst here. This was the true beginnings of my journey as a young Artist/ Designer.

      I was an Assistant Designer. Working on some big projects for client's such as Funny Girls Blackpool and Take That. I was extremely loyal and attentive to my duties working after school hours. I had lots of creative freedom and enjoyed talking to all of the unique clients.

      Bringing in an average 14.100 people every match the highest amount of seats filled in the premier league. I worked on the main bar the busiest bar in the stadium and due to my customer approach I was promoted to wine bar manager within 2 months.  - Selecting a strong team of people to work with on the new wine bar. - Organising rotas to fit wine training so that the team felt confident in what they were selling and suppliers were happy with the way the wine was sold.- Overseeing general running of the bars keeping on top of any issues that may arise - Organising meets and tastings with suppliers.- Attending university fairs to recruit new staff.       Foreseeing the opening of this 2 Michelin star restaurant. I was hired as a waitress whilst studying and bar supervising at bath rugby. I used my initiative and connections to promote this new gastro pub to a younger more diverse audience. - Working with bigger parties to bring in income whilst giving the highest quality service.- Promoting the restaurant to corporate clients who became regular visitors.- Being awarded with staff member of the year between the 2 sites.- Working over time to make sure the next shift ran smoothly and was well organised.- Taking bookings for big parties entering them in the online calendar correctly.       Most of my summers were spent in a field as a maker on a small textiles team, creating all kinds of props, textiles and paintings for festivals. I enjoyed this work as it was very hands on, I could use my own initiative in designs which is my strongest asset.-Working to tight deadlines making sure everything was finished on time and to a high quality.-Getting involved in all projects across site such as rigging, heavy lifting and driving.-Working with a team coming up with different themes for tents for the festivals.-Working all kinds of hours and supporting other teams where possible.       Working at some of the busiest events in and around London. I was approached to become a bar supervisor for the shards viewing point, with an average of 3000 people per day daring to visit the highest bar in london. I overlooked the opening of the new cocktail bar located on the 69th floor and was highly involved in the transition of the viewing point bar. I had a small team of people working with me at all times.- Over looking the restructure of the Shards viewpoint bar whilst opening a new cocktail bar on the 69th floor.- Opening a new bar on time and with success.- Individually estimating sales targets making sure that we have the correct amount of stock, being prepared for any sudden changes. - Motivating and training new members of the team making sure they felt confident within there roles- Providing training days for my team, making sure they have the correct knowledge of stock.- Handling the money of both bars calculating the final figures and securely delivering each float to the safe.- Working well under pressure providing high quality drinks and service.- Winning best newcomer after only 3 weeks of working at Olympia.
