Studying the effect of a predator exclusion fence on the distribution and abundance of native/ endemic birds using consistent data sets for the last 20 years and self-conducted bird counts. Assisting in pest control including; incursion response to stoat sightings using various monitoring, trapping techniques and trap box route planning, winter "bait out" to control the mice population within the sanctuary and general tracking card monitoring for any new invasive predators.
