  Worked with Manchester Police Dept as a 911 Dispatcher since 1985. Handling Police, Fire, and Medical calls including performing EMD.. Extensive experience with COLLECT, CAD, and Enhanced 911. Have worked several critical incidents and also special events, both in the field in Command Post setting and in dispatch. I have also been a part of the training program for new dispatchers. I have also done some public speaking for the Citizens Academy and presentations for the Chamber of Commerce and the Senior Citizens Center as well as served on oral boards for the hiring of new dispatchers for our department as well as others. Also have been tasked several times with continuity of operations during equipment or electrical failures and helped develop a grab and go kit for emergency purposes. Show less
