      SAP Recruitment Consultant (Midlands Permanent)

I headed up the team for the permanent recruitment of SAP consultants within the Midlands region. Within my team we covered all levels of seniority within the SAP field, from SAP business analysts to consultants and SAP directors.Within my team we covered all modules of SAP. My time was split between meeting with clients to establish thier requirements and visiting their sites, advertising the SAP roles that I am working on and interviewing candidates according to thier suitability for roles. Having worked in the SAP field for more than 3 years I was able to understand and get to grips with the technicailites of SAP requirements and screening candidates accordingly. From a candidate's perspective I also spent time meeting and pro-actively marketing candidates who required market coverage within the Midlands.I worked with a large range of SAP clients within the Midlands across all industries and both end user and global consultancies.
