  Technocrats is a security integration company. We help businesses and industries with security solutions and have been working closely with large corporations such as Essar, Cipla, Lupin, IDBI, Canara etc. and many other private sectors and government institutions such as nuclear power plants, airports etc.As a director, there are always multiple roles I’ve taken up:Innovation: My first job has always been to observe, understand and learn about advanced technologies and innovations developed in all corners of the world. Research and review of such new products subsequent creation of strategies on application for Indian customers forms a significant part of what I do. Process Design: In the security solutions industry, it is tough to satisfy the requirements with same, standard processes. For every new challenge, we come up with successful solutions in complex conditions without disturbing existing setups. Along with my team, I try to access the complicated structure and make it simpler for every stage.Business Development: Since two decades, I’ve been following the position of our customers and consulting them on various approaches towards solving security-related problems. I never submit a story or a sales pitch, just honest suggestions to the business which we believe in. My team sticks to simplicity and honesty; no matter what.Education and Training: We at Technocrats take the future very seriously. We always aim to develop better products for our clients, and at the organisational level, we make sure our employees are always uplifted, and we keep making the next line of leaders.
