The more significant part of this qualitative case study is to understand better the ethnomethodology of how quality management tools can be effectively integrated within small to medium-sized enterprises. Ultimately, the facilitating conditions associated with leadership and leadership's ability to understand the importance play a significant part in how quality management tools is determined and how effective the use will be when used within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
