Manager, Engineered Solutions - Steam Turbines

Prior to being acquired by Siemens Energy, I led a team of application engineers who were instrumental in developing innovative solutions that drove annual revenue in excess of $50 million. Due to our combined skills and process re-engineering efforts we were viewed as esteemed subject matter experts in the turbomachinery equipment space and established strong, collaborative relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Manager, Sales & Marketing, Turbine Services

Managing the team of talented professionals who contribute $30-$50 million in annual steam-turbine sales is a great source of pride for me. It is a challenge and a privilege to have direct contact with a global-installed customer base and provide a wide range of services including in depth process knowledge, needs assessment, and comprehensive technical training for our clients in refineries and chemical plants. Among my successes and accomplishments, I am especially proud of: Achieving $50 million in revenues, a $30 million increase, through strategic improvements to the staff organization, process improvements, and overall tactical business strategy. The strategic decision to expand the sales office, from New York to North Carolina, to be closer to the manufacturing facility, making use of existing facilities and taking advantage of a non-union labor state. Forging positive and collaborative relationships among clients, sales, engineering, supply chain, and R&D departments. The positive impacts of the relationships we formed and the strategies we implemented will continue to strengthen and sustain the success of the Turbine Services Division. Show less
