  Integrated Marketing Organization en Xerox Europa. Responsable de España y Portugal (Iberia)To lead and execute the Production’s Business and Marketing activities within the countries, partnering with the 3 European line of Business and manage all the aspects of the production business in country in order to teamwork, assist and bring value to the Marketing & Sales organisation of LEO, GCO, CPO. I need to understand, analyse, recommend, execute and control the three dimensions of the business i.e. the market, the sales, the people. International reporting.On the market, I help ensuring we know where to go to capture the entire potential of the production cut sheet. On the sales, l help ensuring we know what is happening and why and defining and executing the necessary plans to enable the right management of the production cut sheet business. As a BTM I need to be at the side of the sales force for any support helping them closing deals. On the people, I'm bringing value to the sales & marketing structures of the three LOB's to support their production drive and performance. Also I regularly interface with my colleagues product’s managers to contribute to the execution of the programs linked to the launch and the lifecycle of the product range. I'm also the voice of the field to feedback the HQ and GCBG on relevant information from the field which should be taken into account. Show less
