  As a Product Owner I work with an interdisciplinary team under agile methodologies (Scrum) designing digital technology products for the “Branch of the Future” project. The project aims at the evolution of the physical channel of the Naranja branch network throughout Argentina (+200).My main responsibilities are:-Develop the vision of technological digital products for the pilot test of the new branches of Naranja (New customer service software on mobile devices and ATM’s)-Design a strategy to accompany the pilot tests, with an MVP and LITE version and a robust MVP version of digital products-Manage the Backlog of digital products in Jira, respecting the agreed strategy and complying with the Release Plan designed next to the work cell-Incorporate the other digitalized journeys designed for the physical channel in the Naranja factory-Ensure that the vision, functionalities and Look & Feel of digital products correspond to the omnichannel strategy and experience that is sought for our clients and collaborators-Ensure the application of analytics to digital products for the capture of data that become information for business decisions that optimize costs and improve user experience and technology evolution Show less As commercial manager I was appointed to be responsible for customer service of the branches of Villa Crespo (Aug 2017-Dec 2018) and San Martín (Jan-Jun 2019) in the province of Buenos Aires. In Villa Crespo with a team of 6 employees and in San Martín a structure of 10.My tasks consisted of leading and developing the team of branch collaborators, providing them with support, feedback and advice to achieve the commercial objectives of the branch. Together with the team, we focused on co-creating and designing different actions aimed at attracting new customers, cross-selling products and services, image, default recovery, collections and customer experience interventions. All this leading to an excellent working environment, in the whole line of collaborators, providing excellent experiences to our clients and guaranteeing the achievement of the results you expect in the branch.   Currently I’m working at Merchant Credits following a track called ‘User journey’.The principal goal of this track is to build the entire journey of the user from the moment that he acquires Mercado Pago, until we can give him a credit offer.The main challenge is to build this entire journey personalizing each experience according to the type of user, with strong focus in Brasil, México and Argentina. As a product supervisor at Mercado Pago, my scope includes the entire funnel for acquiring new users for the company, with strong focus in Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. With our team, we have a very strong link with marketing, data, UX, business and IT. As a product fintech supervisor, my responsibility is to analyze and grow the metrics of the Mercado Pago app, focusing on the walkthrough for our users, the tabbar, navbar, drawer and shortcuts. I also have in my reach the landing sites of all the Mercado Pago sites (Brasil, México, Argentina, Colombia, Perú, Chile and Uruguay). I work with 2 diferent multidisciplinary teams in each one of this tracks.
