      Worked under the supervision of Prof. R.S.Ashwin Kumar, Micro-electronics and VLSI group on designing Two-Stage Miller Compensated operational amplifier.Successfully designed CMOS Miller operational amplifier using the Gm/Id algorithm in a 130nm technology using Xschem.Conducted DC Sweep analysis to characterize transistor, derived operating points for all the MOSFET’s used in both stages.Plotted Gm/Id vs Id/W curves based on the obtained operating points using which transistor dimensions were obtained for required performance and determined the Phase Margin and Bode plot of the operational amplifier.Utilized Ngspice for circuit simulation, achieving a Unity gain bandwidth of 33MHz for the differential amplifier.
