       Ensuring the conduct of the exams takes place within the guidelines set down by the examination board and the schools Examination Policy. Distributing candidate tickets and collecting exam scripts in the right order, by the candidate number enhanced my organisational skills. Communication between other invigilators and exams office was vital in order to report any incidences therefore enhancing my ability to perform within a team.  Making sure the right information was provided for successful completion of the exam and ensuring the student’s registration data is up to date assisted my administrative skills. Interpersonal skills were utilized to help students with learning difficulties and special needs.  Assisting and observing 200+ students in a hall has boosted my confidence level. Show less  Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as this software was used repetitively to collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets. Prioritising and organising work such as sending and following up invoices, to ensure that it is completely within the given time limit.  Using the knowledge I already possess, I reviewed financial statements and reports to ensure all calculations and data entries are correct, ready for auditing, therefore keen eye for detail was crucial. This gave me an understanding of the infrastructure of the financial system. Reconciling any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and clients assisted my problem solving skills.
