I delivered high-quality training and providing outstanding student experience in alignment with TAFE NSW values. This involved interpreting training packages and creating effective learning and assessment materials. During this period, I worked higher duties as a head teacher at Wetherill Park and acted as a Faculty Senior Educational Officer for three years. I managed the acquisition of plant and equipment required for the Transport Technology Centre and was responsible for the disposal of surplus resources, which sometimes included hazardous chemicals and equipment.       Contribution to the Community - State Finalist TAFE NSW Sep 2024 With the rise of electric vehicles, specialised training is essential for emergency service workers to ensure safety during incidents involving these vehicles. The project team collaborated with emergency service organisations, vehicle manufacturers and Fire and Rescue NSW to develop six engaging microskill modules specifically for emergency responders. More than 4,300 workers have completed this training so far.
