  Following a successful secondment I was promoted to Operations Leader back in the Site Engineering Governance & Assurance team. This role gives me indirect responsibility for 120+ of the nuclear professional roles across Site & Facilities, ensuring they are appropriately trained and experienced in accordance with Office of Nuclear Regulation (ONR) Licence Conditions (LC) LC10 - Training, LC12 - Suitably qualified & experience Persons & LC36 - Organisational capability. I am also responsible for providing governance over all of Site Engineering ONR Licence Conditions, these are LC19 - Construction or installation of new plant, LC20 - Modification to design of plant under construction, LC21 - Commissioning, LC22 - Modification or experiment on existing plant. This governance is provided via internal monitoring of compliance against the processes cited as being how the business complies with these conditions. In addition to providing nuclear governance I also ensure the Site Engineering department is compliant with all internal and external policies and procedures. Show less - Conduct quality assurance audits across Site & Facilities - Ensure compliance with ONR Site Licence Conditions 19, 20, 21 & 22-Managed organisational change for the Site & Facilities department in accordance with Site Licence Condition 36- Act as Secretary for the Site Safety Design Change Committee. This committee controls the modifications that may have a Nuclear or Radiological impact.- Responsible for the Site Engineering training development and budget management.- Directly involved in the development of the Site Engineering Plant Modification Control and the associated process and user guides.- Authored both the Site Engineering Organisational Manual and the suite of documentation associated with the Site Engineering Advice Notices, including the form itself, the process and the user guide. - Hold periodic improvement meetings with the wider Site & Facilities department. Show less - Management of site wide Statutory compliance in the following disciplines; Legionella, LOLER, PSSR, COSHH (LEV), PUWER amongst others.- Ground up rebuild of the Legionella management programme including metrics for programme and action tracking.- Management of contractors coming to site to carry out statutory and essential maintenance.- Provided vital guidance during the migration from the Engica Q4 to SAP maintenance management software.- Acted as my teams lead to ensure all reactive and remedial work was completed by any specialist contractors.
