  Master's student in the Chemical Engineering course at the Regional University of Blumenau. During this period, I worked with research on the production of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria. Bacteriocins are substances produced by lactic acid bacteria without harmful effects for humans and that have a bactericidal effect against some species of bacteria, some of these bacteria contaminating food that can cause food infections. I am responsible for the development of new technologies for the formulated products process development, acting as an ambassador for the implementation of Digital First actions for R&D in the region and leading the digitization process for Pilot Plant processes. I have had a great influence in changing the career structure of the SJC Pilot Plant team, ensured operations continuity at the SJC Pilot Plant in adverse situations, and managed remarkable risk for product development continuity at Pilot Plant during the COVID-19 Pandemic quarantine. I have also delivered 4 new capabilities for R&D and developed 3 new partners for R&D. I influenced the choice of technologies for new Band-Aid launches and obtained resources to advance the development of new technologies through robust data and storytelling. I had a 3-month international experience working in Skillman, NJ, where I was able to accelerate the development of new technologies with external and internal partners.
