  1. credit controlDue diligence on the customers who apply credit, including but not limited to customer’s financial reports, material vendors, critical customers, sales volume, unit price, gross margin, market share, competitors’ actions and identifying the strategic customers etc. Monitor AR aging report on a monthly basis , keep on tracking till the overdue has been paid off, protect company’s asset and mitigate bad debt reserve.Review the customer base on policy on a regular basis, Check the outstanding balance with the customers on a quarterly basis and identify discrepancies, deal with the VAT invoice issues due to goods return, quality issues and price change etc. 2.Working capital forecast analysis managementBased on sales forecast , customer, vendors payment term , forecast cash flow, arrange monthly payment accordingly ; forecast working capital from AR/AP/stock best estimate; compare actual and forecast , analyses improve or deteriorate reason , action plan etc. to make sure WC well controlled and supply sufficient cashflow to company.3.Analyze sales products price /volume/mix, supply price change, volume fluctuate influence to gross margin,help sales department to create and amend strategy . Analysis of sales growth, sales share,price premium ,gross margin , inventory /DIO, AR/DSO……..,supply material to high level outlook strategy . 4. Business Support, Compliance, and ReportingParticipate in internal meetings at regional and global levels and provide valuable insight to the business, higher management, and other stakeholders (customer service, supply chain, legal, financial planning and analysis, and accounting).Ensure external (audits, SAFE, MOFCOM, etc.) reporting requirements are met.Prepare and consolidate internal reporting requirements.Provide ad-hoc analytics.Maintain detailed standard operating procedures for daily activities and local processes.5.
