Adopting IMS skill and have to do lot of working in this field as IMS Auditor (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001-2009 ,OHSMS -45001:2018,Social Policy SA 8000,cGMP-15378). Also Take Training for cGMP and Validation from external agency like SGS & Diavin Pharma for implement in working area. In Last 14 years working with SAP QM Module core team member and also accept many challenges and Project in this area, like paperless work & Digitization Reports directly generated from SAP-HAHA. Also take part in external customer audit/visit and re-certification audit conducted by external agency. Successfully completed the Training for Product Validation Project especially for Pharma Product with the latest requirement of 21CFR part11.A member of Team which implement of eCER (capitalize Projects) Manual system to online web base with integrated with SAP-HANA and other Digitalization project which impact of cost saving. Try to implement Fully Digital Documentation for paperless IMS System. Work with the business analysis team and find out the many ways how to maximum utilize the Digitalization tools and reduce the manual work with mistake proofing. Responsible for all external calibration and outside testing through external lab and third party testing.
