Prioritized the administration of a $120 million-dollar budget and the investments required for IT operations in more than 50 offices and sites around the world. • Reduced operations expenses $36 million dollars by reorganizing IT Infrastructure operations, eliminating intermediate supervisory positions and transferring administrative and operational support activities to third parties.
