      Led the strategic development plan for Information Technology in the areas of customer service and technical support. Prioritized the administration of a $120 million-dollar budget and the investments required for IT operations in more than 50 offices and sites around the world. • Reduced operations expenses $36 million dollars by reorganizing IT Infrastructure operations, eliminating intermediate supervisory positions and transferring administrative and operational support activities to third parties. Result was an increase in resources for innovation and implementation of processes of continuous improvement.• Maintained the company’s regulation indicator at 100% during the past 3 consecutive years by developing and implementing 15 new processes in the areas of control and compliance for portfolio services.
